35 Years of old building complete renovation work done by NOEL INFRA.
Duration of 60 days from April 19th started the work, within 40 days completed the project 90% of work as per the committed works. Balance of 10% of work completed snag list as on the committed date.
Around 34000 sqft of plot area, 8500 sqft of setback area renovated as per the BOQ.
Ground floor: OTS area PCC, Volleyball court with synthetic paint finish, Lobby area floor granite finish, Trophy wall, new fabricated entrance gate and inner gates both sides, all set back area with compacted paving blocks finish, front ramp granite finish with artificial grass, conference hall extension and floor tiles, false ceiling, wall paneling, painting with electrical lights and new doors work done. Stage portion new constructed Granite with background architectural designed faced work and Gallery wall for sitting area. Rain water collection pit with proper way.
Vitrified tiles layed for floors all class rooms & Corridors (G.F,F.F,S.F,T.F) as per the client approved.
Toilet wall tiles & floor tiles & plumbing works with new closet fittings work done as per the client approved.
Painting works internal & external portion for all floors class rooms (enamel), corridors, toilets etc as per the client approved colour.
Electrical works done all floors class room switches and wiring, DB box change, cables change etc. as per the client approved.
Terrace floor : Proper waterproofing work done, sunken portions closed with light weight material, cool roof tiles fixed, New indoor games area shed fabricated and moderated as per the client approved. Play area new fabricated covered with wire net and Turf floor and safety precautions done as per the client approved.
Solar system provided 20 kv as per the client approved.
