Based on our initial Introduction we start working with you to understand the project requirements to develop a feasibility, scope and timeline for the project. The basic desinging is completed at this stage.
An initial proposal is then prepared with pricing based on preliminary architectural designs and structural engineering analysis. On acceptance of the proposal and pricing we enter into a contract which allows us to move on to the next stage of approvals.
We prepare the necesssary shop drawings at this stage and submit for your approval. Based on the BOQ we then start our procurement process. Meanwhile all the fabrication drawings are further broken down to process stages and necessary tooling and fixtures are prepared at the factory.
The components are then fabricarted at the shop floor and the test prototypes are prepared for both Client approval and testing purposes. Once the testing is complete then the components are assembled together to check for tolerances and a final third party quality audit is conducted to ensure the final prodcut is as per the clients requirements and specifications.
Construction work is started on-site (if project demands) while the components are manufactured at the factory. Our project teams at the factory and site work together to ensure tolerances are maintained and the project is on track. Materials are packed and ready for despatch.
Our logistics partner safely transports the materials, clears quarantine and delivers the containers to the site. The crane is mobilised and our rigging team starts installing the components as per the installation sequence.
As the components like facades, rainscreens or pods are being installed, Our Quality inspectors and project managers conduct their routine inspections. During this time our finishing teams start with all the final finishing works to handover the project to the client.
